We are seeking an experienced Eviction Specialist to join our growing business. In this role, you will be responsible for administering the evictions processes for the company. You should be able to understand the evictions timelines and laws, researching as necessary.

The duties and responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:

· File eviction petitions

· File writs of possession

· Research deeds

· Maintain court spreadsheets

· Set up court files

· Assign personnel to attend hearings

· Validate property occupancy

· Communicate with attorneys and court personnel

· Arrange lockouts with the Constables’ offices

· Represent company when legal action is needed; court appearances

· Inform upper management and leaders when legal action is needed and in place

· Post payments

· Perform related duties as assigned by Manager

Qualifications and Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Two years of previous experience with evictions collections

· Bilingual in English and Spanish (Preferred)

· Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel); working knowledge of databases, or financial software a plus

· Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

· Self-motivated and self-directed; able to work without supervision

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Able to create trust and build relationships

· Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solution
