SWD Inc. is seeking dependable, hard-working individuals to join our Metal Finishing team on 2nd Shift. This is an entry-level manufacturing position where you'll learn how metal parts are processed, inspected, loaded, unloaded, and prepared for customer delivery.

Responsibilities/Duties:
- Load and unload metal parts from production lines
- Pack finished products according to customer requirements
- Review and follow shop orders
- Perform visual inspections of finished parts
- Stage completed work for the next step in production
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment
- Maintain a clean, safe work area
- Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures
- Assist with general production and department needs
What We're Looking For:
- Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout an entire shift
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly
- Dependable attendance and willingness to work overtime when needed
- Team-oriented attitude with strong attention to detail
