What are the responsibilities and job description for the Insurance Agent position at SWCS Insurance?
As a company we are expanding and growing so fast in new areas that we are looking for Life Insurance Agents to keep up with demand. Life Insurance Agents should be self-driven and have a strong work ethic. No sales or industry experience is required for this position as we offer HANDS-ON training to teach, coach, and mentor you. We have a qualified in-house lead system, so there is no need to rely on friends, family, or cold calling to find clientele.
Requirements:
- Be Willing to have face to face interactions with public
- Be Willing to be trained within our proven platform
- Be coachable and willing to learn
- Be self-driven and self-motivated
Responsibilities:
- Obtain Insurance License (we help with how)
- Client Visits
- Be on a 30 minute conference call 5 days/week
- Help assist clients on insurance needs
