Job Description
What You’ll Do:
- Communicate with clients about the mortgage approval process, qualifications, and programs
- Coordinate with our team to complete loan files.
- Manage a client database to generate applications—no cold calling required.
- Attend weekly team trainings and participate in a variety of industry education sessions.
- Learn the full mortgage process from lead to close in a supportive, low-pressure environment.

Basic Standards:
- Interest in the field of business management/ marketing/ sales/ finance
- Finance and/or client relationship background preferred, but not required
- Ability to work with cloud based technologies, web platforms and MS Office products, outgoing personality; ability to communicate with clients via phone and in person
- Ability to pass background and compliance testing, as well as licensing testing
- Basic mathematical skills required, advanced mathematical abilities helpful
