Essential duties include the following:
- Receives and resolves trouble tickets from end users regarding Encompass system.
- Investigates and resolves application functionality-related issues, provides first-level support and troubleshoots for the Encompass Loan Origination System.
- Escalates issues to Encompass configuration team when needed.
- Provides basic level training to new Encompass users.
- Provides assistance and advice to business users in the effective use of applications and information technology.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
Serious candidates will possess the minimum qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalency.
- Minimum of two (2) years working knowledge of Encompass or three (3) years experience with programming software.
- Advanced knowledge of credit policies and approval processes.
- Working knowledge of Encompass 360 in relation to mortgage/banking industry preferred.
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to mortgage lending.
- Knowledge of guideline and government regulations with various loan types (i.e. Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, Federal National Mortgage Association, and Conventional).
- Knowledge of Freddie MAC Guidelines.
- Knowledge of Veterans Affairs and Federal Housing Administration.
- Excellent problem resolution skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong system analyst skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong multi-tasking skills with attention to detail.
- Able to make sound business decisions.
- Able to sit for long periods of time performing sedentary activities.
