About SwayID
SwayID (swayid.com) is building the first compliance and legal protection system for influencer and UGC-based advertising. In an era where memes, creator content, and AI-generated posts drive sales — but also trigger lawsuits — we help brands and agencies operate with confidence.
Our system transforms chaotic, risky workflows into standardized, auditable proof:
✅ FTC-aligned disclosures
✅ Court-defensible evidence logs
✅ Shared accountability between brands, creators, and platforms
The Role
We’re looking for a sharp, systems-minded strategist who’s been in the trenches of influencer marketing and who understands the messy edge where marketing, legal, and creator culture collide.
Your insights will directly shape:
- How we build product
- How we train the market
- How we sell into high-stakes, high-confusion environments
You’ll help us decode:
– What actually happens behind the scenes of UGC and influencer workflows
– Where teams believe they’re compliant (but aren’t)
– What infrastructure is missing to make legal defensibility scalable
You Might Be a Fit If…
- You’ve led or managed influencer or UGC campaigns
- You’ve had a post go sideways (and learned from it)
- You know how to build creator workflows that scale and hold up
- You’re excited to define standards in a space that has none
- You think in systems, not vibes
- You’ve worked on both brand-side and agency-side (bonus)
What You’ll Help Us Build (Eventually)
- Smart permission workflows that replace DM chaos
- Disclosure engines that remove human error
- Risk scoring frameworks for creator selection
- Education modules for in-house marketing teams
- Public-facing thought leadership around ad compliance
Location & Pay
- Remote
- Full time
- Comp structured based on fit, background, and engagement type
