Overview
Swaybox Studios is looking for a friendly, reliable, and highly organized Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential to maintaining a welcoming front office experience while supporting day-to-day operations that keep our creative studio running smoothly. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a professional and secure environment for staff, visitors, and vendors.This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a close-knit, creative team in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. You'll be the first impression of our studio, helping create a warm, secure, and efficient workspace for everyone who walks through the door.
Key Responsibilities
- Open and prepare the reception area, and conference room each morning
- Greet employees and visitors with a professional and positive attitude
- Manage visitor check-in using digital software, verify ID, oversee NDA signature, and enforce security protocols
- Communicate with team members to ensure guests are properly escorted into the building
- Receive packages and deliveries; log package details and notify appropriate teams
- Assist with large deliveries by coordinating with the warehouse team
- Support internal teams with additional administrative tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For

- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Professional demeanor with a focus on hospitality and confidentiality
- Basic computer skills and comfort using digital check-in systems and spreadsheets
- Experience as a receptionist or front desk clerk preferred
