About the role
We’re seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to support our day-to-day warehouse operations. In this role, you’ll handle receiving, sorting, loading, unloading, and organizing products while assisting with various warehouse tasks. You’ll begin as a key contributor on our team, with the opportunity to grow into a team lead position as Sway continues to expand.
What you'll do:
- Manage warehouse inventory and maintain accurate records
- Receive, unload, and organize incoming inventory items
- Process, sort, and accurately label packages
- Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments
- Check and verify shipping labels for accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Communicate operational updates and needs to the HQ team
- Coordinate and communicate with drivers for pickups and deliveries
- Reschedule and track failed delivery attempts
- Verify and review delivery photos for accuracy and compliance
- Consolidate pickups and assist in processing outgoing shipments
- Handle basic administrative tasks related to daily operations
- Identify opportunities to improve or optimize warehouse procedures
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Proven warehouse experience
- Team player with organizational skills
- High school diploma
- Adequate knowledge of warehouse data system
Preferred Qualifications:
- A BS degree is preferred
- Forklift Certified is preferred but not required
What to Expect:
- Job Type: Part-Time
- Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
- Shift: 5:00pm-10:30pm
- Onsite at our Los Angeles-area warehouse (Culver City)
