What are the responsibilities and job description for the Founding Operations Associate position at Sway Health?
About Sway
Sway Health is the only telehealth clinic in the United States dedicated exclusively to bipolar disorder. We deliver specialized, integrated care through a single-clinician model where medication management, psychotherapy, and psychoeducation are offered by the same provider, accessible from home.
Bipolar disorder is one of the highest-burden and most underserved conditions in mental healthcare. Most systems are fragmented, generalized, and not designed for clinical complexity. We built Sway differently– with protocol-driven care, deep specialization, and an uncompromising focus on quality.
We are an early-stage, pre-seed backed startup with a tight-knit team of five. Our core values guide how we work:
- Human First: We bring our whole selves to work and honor the humanity of patients and teammates alike.
- Clinical Excellence: We set the bar high because people’s lives and well-being are on the line.
- Every Voice Matters: We believe in each other’s abilities and respect every person’s input, regardless of status or role.
- Work That Speaks: The best proof of commitment is the work itself. We let results tell the story.
- Taking Joy in the Journey: Our work is serious, but it should also be human and joyful. Connection and celebration give us the resilience to keep moving forward.
Our team includes neurodiverse individuals and we are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
