SCHEDULE
Weekdays (M-F): 5:30pm-approximately 8:00/8:30pm
OVERVIEW
SWAV is looking to develop our team of expert cleaning technicians. We are looking for good team players with positive attitudes and a strong work ethic to maintain our high quality of work and support our efforts to grow and move forward. Cleaning Technicians will be trained in a variety of cleaning services.
RESPONSIBILITES
- Office and warehouse cleaning including , but not limited to sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, emptying trash, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and deep cleaning.
- Work at Food Production Plant performing cleaning services
- Maintain client's premises to be clean and orderly
- Perform routine maintenance tasks
- Maintain working condition of all cleaning equipment
- Maintain clear communication with supervisors
- Accountability for work completed
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields is a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to handle physical workload, including but not limited to: standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work effectively under low supervision
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be over 18 for this position
- Valid Drivers license
- Transportation access to job site
- Must have a smartphone (for time keeping purposes) with phone service
- Must live near the job location
- Individually Motivated
- Must be able to clear a drug screening within two weeks of hire
