The Assistant General Manager leads retail store sales, operations and supervises staff. Must possess the ability to build revenue and operational excellence. Must be able to:
Three to five years of flagship or luxury retail location management experience is required. The salary range for this position is $95,000 - $115,000, with an attractive bonus potential and competitive incentive program.

- Performs daily activities of operating luxury boutique as per company standards inclusive of maximizing inventory, cash control and loss prevention techniques

- Prioritize, plan, delegate, administrate and adapt to business needs
