We are beginning a thoughtful search for the right Senior Interior Designer to join our team—someone who brings both creative depth and a genuine passion for growth. The Senior Interior Designer will play a key role in leading projects; collaborating closely with clients, internal team members, and external partners to bring well-executed, high-end environments to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and documentation process across multiple high-end projects
- Develop thoughtful, creative concepts that respond to client goals and project context
- Produce and oversee detailed drawing sets, specifications, and presentations
- Coordinate with architects, builders, and consultants to ensure design intent is executed
- Guide and mentor junior team members, contributing to a collaborative studio culture
- Maintain clear, professional communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and design quality from start to finish
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the interior design industry, with a focus on high-end residential projects
- Proficiency in Revit, Enscape, and Google Suite
- Strong creative and conceptual design skills with a refined aesthetic sensibility
- Deep understanding of construction processes, materials, and detailing
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Personable, professional, and collaborative in both client and team interactions
