Swat Pest Management, a top 100 leader in the pest control industry, is currently looking for Service Technicians to join our rapidly growing team. We offer pest control treatments, mosquito treatments, termite treatments, bed bug eradication services, pest control insulation installation and exclusion services.
What Does a Service Technician Do?
In this role you will travel to clients’ homes for pre-set appointments and provide pest control services applicable to the program they are enrolled in and the type of pest(s) they may be having specific issues with. You will also inspect and provide additional solutions to clients to fix and protect their homes as needed. At Swat Pest our purpose is to provide unforgettable and unmatched experiences to our clients, and the Service Technician role in do so is crucial.
Bi-weekly training meetings are held on Mondays to ensure our Service Technicians are always up-to date with the latest and most imperative pest control techniques in our industry. Customer service is our #1 priority, so we strive to find employees that can and will live up to that standard.

What a Candidate Needs for this Role
- 1 years of customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Strong listening, organization, and follow-up skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- A keen attention to detail
- A valid driver’s license and a safe driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- A commitment to provide unmatchable customer service
