Responsibilities
As an Optometric Assistant, you will:
● Perform diagnostic pre-testing, retinal imaging and other special testing
● Prepare patients for the doctor and document clinical information
● Provide contact lens training and patient education
● Assist with patient flow to maintain an efficient clinic schedule
● Deliver outstanding customer service throughout each patient visit
● Communicate professionally with patients and fellow team members
● Support a positive, welcoming environment for every patient
