Role Description As a part-time Sales Consultant at SWAROVSKI in Westport, CT, you will provide an elevated in-store experience by welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and offering product recommendations that reflect the brand’s heritage and style. You will drive sales through active engagement, upselling, and cross-selling, while ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction and service. Daily responsibilities include maintaining visual merchandising standards, restocking and organizing displays, handling transactions accurately, and keeping the boutique clean and inviting. You will also support store events, promotions, and client outreach activities, and work collaboratively with team members to achieve individual and store targets. This is an on-site role that requires availability during retail hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong sales-focused mindset with skills in Sales Consulting and Consulting to understand customer needs and close sales effectively.
- Customer-centric approach with demonstrated strengths in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to build lasting relationships.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to present products clearly and interact confidently with diverse customers and teammates.
- Previous experience in retail, luxury, fashion, or jewelry sales is highly desirable.
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and manage basic POS systems and cash handling with accuracy.
- Team-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven boutique environment.
- Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
