Role Description The Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Bellevue, WA, focused on delivering a premium customer experience and achieving sales goals. In this position, the Sales Associate greets and engages clients, provides product knowledge and styling advice, and supports customers in selecting items that reflect their personal style and needs. Daily responsibilities include processing sales transactions, handling returns and exchanges, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring the boutique is clean, organized, and well-stocked. The role also involves building long-term client relationships through exceptional service, assisting with inventory tasks, and supporting promotional activities and events. The Sales Associate collaborates with the store team to meet performance targets and uphold Swarovski’s brand values of quality, creativity, and inclusivity.
Qualifications
- Customer service and retail sales skills, including the ability to engage clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) system experience, with accuracy in processing transactions, returns, and exchanges.
- Visual merchandising and store presentation skills, with attention to detail in product displays and overall boutique appearance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening, clear verbal communication, and a collaborative team approach.
