About The Job
- The Allocation Analyst is responsible for running weekly replenishment for our own retail stores and managing the entire ordering process for all products.
- Supports cluster planning teams to fully execute their product plans and achieve inventory and sales targets.
- Responsible to monitor inventory at stores at the cluster level in alignment with seasonal merchandise strategies
- Ensures inventory KPIs are met and takes actions in partnership with Planning team, manages inventory transfer process as needed
- Acts as system expert and generalist to support the team with ad-hoc tasks and analysis
- Works closely with cross-functional partners including Sales, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Supply Chain, Business Support and Logistics
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent who brings along the following:
- 4-year University degree
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar role
- Experience with Retail (Fashion and Luxury brands)
- Strong willingness to learn and understand Planning and Merchandising
- Curiosity to dig into data and to understand cause and effect.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis, spreadsheets (Excel) and attention to detail
- Ability to develop insights and utilize financial measurements.
- Aptitude to learn new technical applications and tools.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive and cohesive relationships with peers and cross-functional teams.
