Full-Time Social Media Coordinator (In-Office)
CS Design Studios is looking for a creative, organized, and adaptable Social Media Coordinator to join our in-office team full-time.
We manage a wide variety of brands and industries, so we are looking for someone who can quickly understand different client voices, brand personalities, and business goals — then confidently create and manage content that aligns with each one.
Responsibilities
* Manage and create content for multiple client social media accounts
* Work within existing client branding, tone, and strategy
* Create original content and captions from scratch
* Take client-provided media and transform it into polished, on-brand social posts
* Write engaging copy for:
* X/Twitter
* YouTube
* Edit short-form videos and social media content
* Schedule and organize posts using Orca or similar content calendar platforms
* Analyze social media analytics and performance trends
* Provide ideas and suggestions for improving engagement and strategy
* Understand client business goals and how social media supports overall marketing efforts
* Transition smoothly between different industries and brand styles
Ideal Candidate
* 1 year of social media or digital marketing experience
* Comfortable working with minimal direction
* Fast-moving, organized, and detail-oriented
* Able to manage multiple brands at once
* Strong understanding of branding and voice consistency
* Comfortable using AI tools to improve efficiency while maintaining creativity and human touch
* Strong communication and copywriting skills
* Able to adapt between industries like:
* Pest control
* Plumbing
* Medical organizations
* Nonprofits
* lawyers
* Comfortable collaborating in a fast-paced agency environment
Bonus Skills
* Graphic design experience
* Understanding of paid social strategy
