Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender/Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, following all safety and quality standards.
• Take food and drink orders accurately using POS systems such as Toast.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation regulations.
• Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cashiering duties and processing payments efficiently.
• Use effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Upsell menu items to boost sales opportunities while providing detailed product knowledge to guests.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours or special events like banquets or private parties.

Experience

• Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS is advantageous for order processing and sales tracking.
• Experience in service enhances your ability to handle large groups efficiently.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations professionally.
• Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques is essential for maintaining hygiene standards.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math for sales upselling, and accurate transaction processing are required.
