Swanton Elementary is seeking dedicated, flexible and responsive individuals to join our Student Support Staff for the 2026-2027 school year.
Student Support Staff facilitate essential academic and behavior support for students in a variety of grade levels and settings. Flexibility, positivity, and a commitment to the success of all learners is essential.
This position is a union support staff position that follows the school year calendar. Hourly rate ranges start at $16.05/hour - $33.15/hour (with a Bachelor's) based on education and experience.
