About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to serve as the Swanton Elementary After School Site Coordinator. You will be responsible for the daily operations, staff supervision, program development, and overall success of our after school program, serving 75 children in grades 1-6 each day. Position: Full-Time, Year-Round; Hybrid remote Compensation: Starting at $25.00 per hour Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package included Location: Swanton, Vermont Key Responsibilities The Swanton Elementary After School Site Coordinator role is dynamic and multifaceted, requiring balanced effort across program operation, administration, staff management, and community relations. The duties are primarily focused on the day-to-day success and quality of the after-school program.
