Swanson Tool Co. invented the Speed Square® in 1925, and a century later we're still making tools in Frankfort, IL. Our production crew is small enough that everyone knows your name - and we're adding a Packaging Operator.
This is a direct-hire job with Swanson.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Package, label, tape, and sort finished tools
- Run the packaging machines - startup, changeover, shutdown (we'll teach you)
- Pre-assemble components and keep the line supplied
- Move product with hand carts and pallet jacks
- Keep your area clean and organized, and flag machine issues before they become problems
WHO DOES WELL HERE
- You show up on time, every day
- You keep pace with the team and pitch in when another department needs a hand
- You communicate well and handle basic math
