Front Office Patient Care Coordinator(Part-time)
Location: 410 E. Washington St., Slinger, WI 53086
Schedule:
- Monday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
This is a part-time position, approximately 22 hours per week, with a consistent weekly schedule on Monday, Thursday, and Friday and "fill-in" opportunities.
Proudly serving patients from Slinger, Jackson, Hartford, West Bend, and surrounding communities.

About the Role
We're looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing dental team. As the first person our patients see and speak with, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming experience while helping keep our office running smoothly.

Responsibilities
- Welcome patients with a warm, friendly attitude and assist with check-in and check-out.
- Schedule appointments efficiently while helping maintain a productive daily schedule.
- Answer phones, respond to patient questions, and communicate professionally with patients and team members.
- Verify insurance benefits and update patient information accurately.
- Collect payments and assist with insurance claims and billing.
- Send appointment reminders and communicate pre- and post-treatment information.
- Maintain accurate patient records using Open Dental software.
- Help ensure the front office stays organized and runs efficiently throughout the day.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a dental office is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person with strong customer service and administrative skills.
- Experience with Open Dental is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to help wherever needed.
