Job description:
We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented independent contractor to help manage weekend directional signage for new home communities in the Jacksonville/St. Augustine area.
This position starts with 2 neighborhoods, with the goal of expanding to 4 neighborhoods in the near future. If you're dependable and take pride in your work, there is plenty of opportunity to grow with us.
We're looking for someone interested in growing with us as we continue expanding throughout Northeast Florida.
What You'll Do
- Install 30–35 directional signs per community (Friday evening through Saturday morning)
- Remove and store signs after the weekend (Sunday evening through Monday morning)
- Follow a simple placement map
- Submit a few photos after each install and pickup
Compensation
- Flat-rate pay: Starting at $100 per weekend, per neighborhood
- Most contractors start with 2 neighborhoods (~$200 per weekend)
- Additional neighborhoods become available as we expand
- This is a flat-rate position. The hourly range shown on Indeed is an estimate based on the typical time required to complete each route.
Schedule
Installation Window
- Friday after 5:00 PM – Saturday before 10:00 AM
Pickup Window
- Sunday after 5:00 PM – Monday before 10:00 AM
Each neighborhood typically takes 45–60 minutes to install and 45–60 minutes to pick up.
Requirements
- Must live near the Jacksonville/St. Augustine area
- Reliable transportation (SUV, truck, or sedan with adequate trunk space)
- Smartphone with GPS and camera
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs
- Dependable and able to work independently
