We're currently seeking a cashier/sales associate with interest in growing within our company. Ideally, you're a driven outdoorsman/outdoorswomen that is comfortable engaging with others, you can sort and bag bait, fill propane, run the till, you have a strong work ethic, and you know where the fish are biting! The Team Member will greet customers, operate the register system, cashier, make purchase suggestions, and complete customer checkout in an efficient and friendly manner. You will interact with many customers daily, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business all while working with a fun, energetic team!
The ideal candidate has previous retail and/or customer service experience that includes money-handling and point-of-sale (POS) system experience. Must have a pleasant and courteous personality and an excellent customer service focus.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour
