Job Overview
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Location: East Haven, CT
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (No weekends)
- Core Focus: Comprehensive bumper-to-bumper mechanical diagnostics and repairs
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex automotive mechanical systems.
- Perform major engine repairs, replacements, and timing chain services.
- Execute transmission diagnostics, repairs, and fluid services.
- Troubleshoot and fix cooling systems, including radiators and water pumps.
- Conduct brake system overhauls, pad/rotor replacements, and line repairs.
- Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, fluid flushes, and safety inspections.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
Technical Scope
- What we do: Heavy and light mechanical work (Engines, Transmissions, Radiators, Timing Chains, Brakes, Suspension, AC, Oil Changes, etc.).
- What we DO NOT do: This position does not involve wheel alignments or tire installations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a senior-level automotive technician or mechanic.
- Strong diagnostic capabilities for both domestic and import vehicles.
- Proficiency with modern automotive diagnostic scanners and tools.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ownership of a complete set of professional tools.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
Salary : $24 - $30
