Swanky Paws Pet Spa is an upscale pet salon, DIY pet spa, luxury boarding facility and pet daycare in Lawrenceville, GA. This is a fun, team-oriented job with tons of growth potential. We are currently looking for a Front Desk Receptionist looking to start or continue their career in the pet care industry. Our ideal candidate must be highly motivated, willing to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment, and be able to multitask and handle a high volume of clientele.
Responsibilities include phone service, scheduling, retail sales, client education, pet cuddling, event coordination, social media management, DIY Spa assistance, and inventory management, and of course, customer service.
