Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in Florida
• Admission to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida
• Experience with e-filing (CM/ECF)
• Familiarity with BestCase or similar bankruptcy petition software
• Prior experience with court appearances, including 341 meetings and confirmation hearings
• Minimum 1 year of consumer bankruptcy experience
• Spanish fluency required

Pay: $76,121.64 - $85,000.00 per year
