A highly regarded California law firm is growing its litigation team and is seeking 3–5 year Commercial Litigation Associates who want to build a broad-based practice rather than be siloed into a single specialty.

What you'll work on:

⚖️ Complex commercial litigation across a wide range of industries

⚖️ Trial and appellate matters

⚖️ White collar investigations

⚖️ Land use & CEQA

⚖️ Intellectual property disputes

⚖️ Cybersecurity & data privacy

⚖️ Labor & employment litigation

We're looking for candidates who have:

✔️ 3–5 years of law firm and/or judicial clerkship experience

✔️ Broad commercial litigation experience

✔️ Active California Bar membership

✔️ A genuine interest in working across diverse industries and practice areas

• Competitive compensation: $235,000–$275,000

• Reasonable 1,800-hour billable target (bonus eligibility beginning at 1,850 hours)
