Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment
- Oversee all aspects of food production, ensuring quality, presentation, and consistency in every dish
- Manage inventory, ordering, and kitchen PAR levels to maintain efficient stock control and minimize waste
- Develop innovative menus aligned with seasonal availability, restaurant concepts, and customer preferences
- Execute and oversee wedding sit-down dinners, buffets, and private corporate events with precision and professionalism
- Coordinate catering events, banquets, and special functions from planning through execution
- Create and manage staff schedules based on business levels, seasonality, and event needs
- Monitor shift operations and oversee daily food service activities
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain rigorous cleanliness and kitchen sanitation standards
- Train team members on culinary techniques, safety protocols, and customer service standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment at all times
Skills
- Extensive culinary experience with a focus on fine dining, banquets, and catering environments
- Proven supervisory experience in fast-paced, high-volume, and seasonal kitchen operations
- Strong background in wedding service, buffet execution, and corporate/private event dining
- Expertise in inventory management, ordering systems, kitchen PAR levels, and cost control
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry
- Excellent cooking skills across various cuisines and techniques
- Strong organizational skills, including scheduling and event coordination

Pay: $25.20 - $30.34 per hour
