SWAN™ is a short-run, high-quality manufacturing facility serving the indoor and outdoor fabric market. Today SWAN Fabrics™ is a reputable full service commission dyeing and printing operation in America.
We are hiring full-time Machine Operators . Machine Operators are vital to our production process, ensuring that our specialized synthetic fabrics meet strict customer specifications for quality and color. Teamwork, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence are key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and follow established processes to ensure consistent quality
- Collaborate closely with team members to meet production goals
- Monitor production procedures and adjust settings as needed for optimal results
