Responsibilities:
- Provide professional skincare treatments and beauty services within the scope of your license and training.
- Perform customized facials, skin consultations, and other applicable esthetic services.
- Educate guests on skincare routines, products, and services tailored to their individual needs.
- Recommend appropriate retail products and additional services to enhance the guest experience.
- Build and maintain a loyal clientele through excellent service and personalized care.
- Maintain a clean, organized, sanitary, and professional treatment environment.
- Follow all applicable state licensing, sanitation, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with our spa and salon team to create an exceptional guest experience.
- Support spa promotions, special events, and business-building opportunities.
What We're Looking For:
- Active Maryland esthetician license.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of skincare, facial treatments, and product recommendations.
- A warm, professional personality with excellent communication skills.
- Passion for continuing education and professional development.
- Ability to build client relationships and deliver a consistently elevated guest experience.
- Experience with advanced facial treatments and skincare technologies is a plus.
Pay: $35,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
