• Ensure proper sanitization and cleanliness of tools and workstations to maintain a safe environment.
• Educate clients on nail care techniques and recommend products for at-home maintenance.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and beauty treatments
• Foster positive client relationships through excellent customer service and effective communication.
• Collaborate with team members to create an enjoyable atmosphere for both clients and staff.

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology license or certification in nail technology.
• Proficiency in nail care techniques, including knowledge of color theory.
• Experience in retail sales with an emphasis on upselling beauty products.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform tasks with precision.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service.
