Requirements
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
- Produces Swamp baked goods including: baking, mixing, scaling, portioning recipes and following proper weight standards
- Follows daily checklists to prepare and bake a variety of unique baked goods
- Mixes, rolls, and proofs dough using industry standard equipment
- Follows proper time and temperature guidelines to ensure a quality bake each time
- Produces beautifully proofed, cut and baked loaves of Stecca
- Knows how to execute all recipes and procedures with efficiency and accuracy
AGE/AVAILABILITY
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be available for a variety of early morning shifts such as 12:00 am- 8:00 am or 2:00am - 10:00am.
- Must possess a passion for local food and an interest in telling the story behind it.
- Must conduct oneself in an honest, professional and respectful manner at all times.
- Must possess a love of people, interact with people well, and possess a desire for excellent customer service.
- Able to take direction, work independently, and as a member of a team, and able to create working relationships.
- Must be highly motivated, hard working, and possess a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
- Must pay attention to details, be organized, and able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Higher hourly wages on Sundays and federal holidays
