We are currently seeking a Sales Executive (Producer) to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:

As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving new business and managing client relationships. You will work closely with clients to identify their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions that ensure their long-term satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact on the success of both our clients and the agency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Prospecting & Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and assess client needs in both commercial and personal insurance.

• Networking & Outreach: Actively pursue leads through cold calling, networking, and social media, scheduling meetings to understand client needs.

• Presentations & Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, showcasing our products and services tailored to each potential client.

• Negotiating & Closing Deals: Use your expertise to negotiate favorable terms and close deals, ensuring client needs are fully met.

• Account Servicing: Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Exceed Sales Goals: Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets, contributing to the growth and revenue of the agency.

Daily Tasks:

• Make a set number of cold calls and client calls, logging them into the operating system.

• Create follow-up tasks and activity logs for each client to ensure all leads are pursued.

• Move promising leads through the sales funnel to closing.

• Provide ongoing post-sale account servicing, ensuring all client needs are met.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the insurance industry.

• Licensing P&C Producer license preferred.

• Sales Expertise: Strong knowledge of commercial and personal insurance products, marketing, and negotiation strategies.
