As a Customer Service Representative/Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our personal line clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients and insurance companies, ensuring clear communication regarding new business, renewals, and claims.
- Documentation & Processing: Process certificates of insurance for new business and renewals, and handle policy changes and endorsements promptly.
- File Management: Maintain and organize client files, scanning and uploading all relevant documents into the agency's management system for accuracy and accessibility.
- Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues regarding policies, coverage, and renewals.
Timely Follow-Up: Provide prompt and reliable service to our clients.

Pay: $47,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
