The Account Manager will work directly with clients to address inquiries, provide guidance on coverage options, and support risk-management initiatives, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing proposals, coordinating with carriers and underwriters, processing policy changes, maintaining accurate client records, and supporting claims handling and follow-up.
