Responsibilities
- Greet visitors warmly and direct them to available parking spots with clear communication
- Safely operate vehicles in parking areas, including valet parking when required
- Manage cash transactions accurately for parking fees, issuing receipts and handling cash with integrity
- Monitor parking lot activity to ensure safety, enforce parking policies, and prevent theft or vandalism
- Assist customers with questions or concerns, providing excellent customer service at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking area, reporting any hazards or maintenance needs
- Keep accurate records of cash flow, vehicle entries/exits, and incident reports as needed
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience in valet parking or driving preferred
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with diverse customers and team members
- Experience in cashiering or cash handling with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent customer service skills to create a welcoming environment for all visitors
- Ability to stand, walk, and operate vehicles for extended periods throughout shifts
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve a diverse clientele more effectively
- Previous dealership or retail experience is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is essential
