Responsibilities

• Assist customers with vehicle registration, title processing, driver licensing, and related inquiries
• Verify and process automotive paperwork accurately using systems like CDK and other DMV software platforms
• Manage inventory control of registration materials, decals, and other office supplies
• Conduct data entry for client records, license applications, and transaction logs with high accuracy
• Handle cashiering duties including processing payments via various methods while maintaining excellent phone etiquette
• Ensure compliance with state transportation regulations and update records accordingly
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear information about services and procedures
• Support sales activities by promoting available DMV services and handling outbound customer follow-ups when necessary

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail sales, automotive repair, dealership operations, or administrative roles involving data entry and customer service
• Knowledge of automotive sales paperwork processing, title processing, inventory management, and retail math principles
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and DMV-specific software such as CDK or similar platforms
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in document handling and record keeping
• Excellent communication skills, including bilingual abilities or multilingual proficiency preferred for diverse client interactions
• Ability to manage high-end sales processes and retail transactions efficiently while adhering to all safety standards
• Experience in outbound sales or public speaking is advantageous for engaging clients effectively
• Understanding of state transportation regulations and licensing procedures is essential
• Demonstrated administrative experience with phone etiquette, organizational skills, and cashiering responsibilities

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
