Requirements
- Speak & Read English
- Able to lift 50lbs (let's talk endurance strength training) continuously.
- Team player and able to communicate well with team
- Able to do basic math and read a formula
- Understand the importance of time and is ready at their position
- Be able to lead and implement basic training to other mixing operators
- Subject to background check
- Able to operate a forklift
- Must be consistent and timely
