As an ADR, you’ll play a critical role in connecting and developing relationships with customers across diverse industries, including clean energy, semiconductor technology, oil & gas, industrial machinery, and life sciences. Your mission? Deliver exceptional service, provide technical solutions, and help customers reduce their total cost of ownership.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team of engineers, fabricators, and customer service professionals.
- Provide outstanding customer service and demonstrate emotional awareness.
What We’re Looking For:
- Mechanical aptitude and strong communication skills.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales or customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP and AI tools is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business/Sales (preferred).
- A proactive learner with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
