RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage renewals and account servicing
- Handle endorsements, certificates, and policy changes
- Communicate directly with clients and carriers
REQUIREMENTS
- Active Florida Insurance License
- Commercial lines experience in an agency setting
- Work Ethic
- Experience handling COIs, endorsements, and renewals independently
- Strong communication skills with business clients
- Organized, responsive, and able to manage a workload without constant direction
