Swad Wealth Management is seeking an experienced Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) professional to join our growing firm as an Associate Wealth Advisor.
This role is ideal for a financial planner with 3–5 years of experience who enjoys deep analytical work, collaborating on client strategy, and building long-term relationships with clients. You will serve as the founder’s right-hand person in delivering high-quality financial planning and client advice across all engagements.
This is not a sales role. There are no marketing or business development responsibilities. The focus is on delivering thoughtful, high-quality financial planning and helping clients make confident decisions.
This role is heavily focused on financial planning, analysis, and client interaction, with some operational responsibilities tied to implementation.

Swad Wealth Management, LLC serves approximately 50 client households, primarily pre-retirees, retirees, and high-net-worth individuals.
Our mission is to guide clients into and through retirement by helping them align their time, energy, and money with their purpose and passions. We deliver highly personalized advice across investments, tax planning, estate considerations, insurance, and the emotional aspects of money.
We intentionally maintain a focused client base to provide deep, relationship-driven planning, not transactional advice.
● Participate in in-office and virtual client meetings alongside the lead advisor
● Communicate with clients via email and phone to support planning needs and follow-up
● Help guide clients through retirement, tax, and financial planning decisions
● Build and maintain financial plans using Income Lab
● Analyze and model strategies across:
o Retirement planning
o Tax strategies (including Roth conversions)
o Insurance and risk management
o Estate considerations
o Cash flow and debt planning
● Review tax returns and use Holistiplan to identify planning opportunities
● Support charitable giving strategies, including tax-efficient asset selection
● Assist with open enrollment benefits analysis (health, life, disability, etc.)
● Run healthcare cost projections for retirement
● Review estate planning documents and summarize key details
● Handle ongoing planning updates and client questions requiring CFP®-level expertise
● Serve as a secondary point of contact for client communication and support
● Prepare plans and analysis in advance of client meetings
● Provide prompt post-meeting follow-up and ensure action items are accurately documented
● Execute trades to support withdrawals, RMDs, and client planning needs
● Work in conjunction with operations manager for client account setup, maintenance, and money movement requests
● Execute trades and rebalance portfolios to support client planning strategies
● Monitor allocations via Orion and Schwab
● Verify compliance and accuracy of trading activities in collaboration with the lead advisor
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date client data within planning and CRM systems
● Assist with planning software and internal firm projects
● Support continuous improvement of firm processes and technology
Qualifications
● CFP® designation required
● 3–5 years of experience in financial planning or wealth management (5 preferred)
● Experience working with pre-retirees, retirees, and/or high-net-worth clients preferred
● Hands-on experience with trading and portfolio implementation
● Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
● Strong communication skills: empathetic, clear, organized, and patient
● Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working with minimal oversight

Compensation & Benefits
● Base Salary: $95,000 – $120,000 (commensurate with experience)
● Paid Time Off:
o 3 weeks (15 days) of PTO after the first 3 months, coordinated with the lead advisor for seamless client coverage

Work Structure
