Experience in Design, Project Management, and Construction Documentation Required
SWA Group’s Dallas studio is seeking a talented and motivated Landscape Designer or Landscape Architect with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience and with proven strength in design leadership, project management, and construction documentation.

Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture (required); Similar degrees may be considered.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, RHINO/Sketch Up, REVIT/BIM, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft 365.
- Strong graphic and presentation skills, with the ability to produce compelling visuals and presentations.
- Experience leading large, multidisciplinary teams and managing projects from concept through construction.
- Exceptional attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative problem-solver with a deep understanding of design, documentation, and constructability.
- Experience in a range of project types and scales, both public and private.
- Proven ability in construction documentation, specifications, plant materials, and coordination with consultants.
- Interest or experience in business development and client relations.
Additional proficiency in the following is desirable:
- BIM / Revit
- Lumion, D5 and other visualization platforms
- Hand sketching
