We are a luxury home design-build firm serving the Birmingham and Bloomfield area. We seek a part-time, dependable, consistent, resourceful, and highly computer-literate Administration Specialist to support our company’s administrative operations. This role focuses on selection tracking, schedule tracking, quoting, permitting, budgeting, client follow-up, and other key administrative tasks to help maintain efficient project progression and client satisfaction. We are a small company, so your work would be varied and interesting.  This job requires part of one day a week in our office in the Birmingham/Bloomfield Area of Oakland County, MI.

 

Responsibilities

  • Track selections and manage related documentation
  • Monitor and maintain project schedules
  • Prepare and manage quotes for projects
  • Coordinate permitting processes
  • Assist with budgeting and expense tracking
  • Follow up with clients to maintain communication and satisfaction
  • Manage data and ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Facilitate clear communication among team members and clients

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in administrative support
  • Experience in construction would be a huge advantage.

Salary : $25 - $35
