Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service while taking beverage orders.
- Serve a variety of drinks and snacks from the beverage cart, ensuring quality and freshness.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage cart and surrounding areas.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register or POS system, including processing payments and providing change.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards during beverage preparation and service.
- Assist in restocking supplies as needed to ensure the cart is well-equipped for service.
- Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
Skills
