As an Inside Sales Representative, you will work directly with industrial, commercial, and contractor customers to source products, prepare accurate quotations, process orders, and deliver exceptional customer service. What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Identify customer needs and provide timely, accurate product recommendations and solutions
- Source products from manufacturers and suppliers to meet customer requirements
- Prepare detailed quotations and follow up to secure orders
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and online communication
- Research accounts, identify decision-makers, and generate new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and opportunities
- Collaborate with manufacturers, vendors, and channel partners to support customer needs
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales and customer service goals
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records within company systems
