Receiving Clerk - Urgent Opening
SVS Group is currently seeking a skilled Receiving Clerk for our client in North Sacramento, CA. This is an urgent opportunity, and we are looking to move quickly with candidates who meet the following qualifications.
Job Purpose:
Oversee the receiving process, ensuring accuracy and organization in the warehouse, including unloading shipments, verifying deliveries, and maintaining inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments
- Verify delivery accuracy against orders
- Unload and store products in designated areas
- Use computer systems and RF scanners to track inventory
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment
- Maintain warehouse safety and organization
Requirements:
- Previous receiving or warehouse experience is preferred
- Strong computer skills and experience with inventory systems
- Forklift operation experience is strongly preferred
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
