Position Summary

The Lead Generator is responsible for supporting business development and growth by identifying prospective clients, developing relationships, researching target markets, and generating qualified business opportunities. This role requires strong communication, organization, persistence, and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of lead generation strategies and business development plans.
• Research and identify prospective clients and new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients and industry contacts.
• Support the development and management of the business development pipeline.
• Provide regular updates regarding:
• • Pipeline activity
  • Opportunity status
  • Market trends
  • Lead generation efforts
• Identify opportunities to continuously improve lead generation and business development processes.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
• Attend industry events, conferences, networking events, and client meetings as needed.
• Represent the organization professionally and ethically in all client, prospect, and community interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support business development and growth objectives.
