• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions including cash handling, credit card processing, and receipts
• Maintain attractive merchandise displays through merchandising and stocking efforts to enhance the shopping experience
• Manage inventory by restocking shelves, organizing products, and conducting stock counts with attention to detail
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or scheduling appointments
• Support sales goals through effective upselling techniques and personalized recommendations based on customer needs
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the sales floor remains clean, organized, and inviting for shoppers
• Utilize strong communication skills to relay product information clearly and answer customer inquiries confidently
• Assist in training new team members or supervising less experienced staff when needed

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential
• Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic retail math to ensure accurate transactions
• Experience with merchandising, stocking, and product demos enhances your ability to succeed in this role
• Bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases effectively
